Specifically the Macro grip module with XL slide installed. From pictures it looks like the rail portion of the grip module is longer so probably not but wondering if anyone has checked. The Macro uses a standard 1913 rail, not the proprietary 365XL one. The TLR7A comes with different keys and I'm pretty sure one of the UNIV ones works. Most people don't realize you can change the key inserts to fit indifferent firearms.
