For full disclosure, I'm comparing a Glock G17 5th Gen, a Sig 226 Elite in 40, a Sig 226 Navy edition in 9 mm, and a USP in 45, so it's not a strictly apples to apples comparison. I don't carry every day, so I really don't see wear patterns from holsters or rubbing on clothes. A 226 would be more comparable to a Glock 17 being that the 226 is a duty size gun, and the 19 would be more comparable to the 229/228 compact (ish) size.
