I found this small lump in my inner thigh on Sunday while showering. When I squeezed it dark pus came out just a little bit. After that nothing else came out after kept squeezing it. It’s hard and doesn’t hurt at all. I’m in the plus size and I’m not sure if it’s movable or not.
